Hi I'm Jenn! I'm a Christ-follower, a wife to an amazing hubby and a mom to three precious little girls. I'm an Arizona native that went to college in Oklahoma, but then fell in love with a guy who lived minutes from my childhood home! I dabbled in a few careers before falling in love with photography and never looked back!
My priorities are raising our girls to know the Lord, constantly growing in our marriage, and providing a safe and peaceful home for our family and friends! I love this phase of life I am in right now and could not be more thankful to have this career that gives me sneak peeks to the best seasons of people's everyday lives. Its the best! I hope I get to capture your life's memories soon!
From the moment we entered where Erika and her girls were getting ready the mood was so relaxed! Erika had two hand written letters from Brett. One he wrote the day after their first date and the second he wrote right before their wedding day! She sat quietly in the corner reading every word and I just sat there and enjoyed every expression her beautiful face made! You could just feel her love for him! He wrote that he knew he would marry her with it the note that he wrote after their very first date and held onto it till their wedding day to give it to her! It was so awesome.
Once we got to the church Erika’s dad was so excited to see her! As he walked in and saw his daughter his eyes lit up with joy and you could just see and feel how proud he was of her!
I remember overhearing the priest ask Erika what was the first thing she thought of when she woke up that morning and the first thing that came out of her mouth was “Its so early!” She woke up super early and even went on a 4-mile run and then played cards with her bridesmaids. But then she said to him” what I thought about first was that today I am going to marry that man that I always envisioned kneeling beside me at the altar and today that man is Brett!” She was so happy!!
They decided not to see one another before the ceremony and I will never forget the way Brett looked as he was waiting for Erika to come in to view! As soon as she came into view holding on to her father’s arm Brett’s face lit up with the biggest smile possible! His reaction was absolutely priceless, almost as if all he could see was her in a room full of 200 people!
The reception room was stunning, with lots of white flowers and candles! There was such a beautiful ambiance but what was even more beautiful were all the friends and family that traveled from all over the United States to be a part of their special day! 19 states to be exact now that is love!
Not only did they have an amazing band to dance the night away. They also had a beautiful cake! But my favorite was the cookie bar with jugs of milk inside the cutest tin tub with the name of her family’s dairy farm and when it was first started! I loved this extra special touch of Erika’s childhood and family all in one! We love you guys!

Thanks so much to these INCREDIBLE vendors for putting together such a flawless day! The design and execution came together perfectly and it was so great working with you all!
“I knew Brett had written me a letter he planned to give me the morning of the wedding. What I didn’t know was that he had two letters to give me that morning. When Brett and I started dating he was living in London and I was in Arizona. He was going to be in Philly for the weekend so After talking a month or so I flew out for a weekend for our first date. On Brett’s flight back home to London after our first date he had written me a letter to give me on our wedding day. He knew after our first date I was the woman he wanted to (and being the confident man he is- was going to!) marry.” – Erika
“The thing that I love about Erika most is her genuine happiness. Her smile radiated throughout the whole day. She looked flawless in her dress, all done up- but the smile was the most beautiful and memorable.” -Brett
“The moment that sticks out to me most about the ceremony was her entrance. I was so overwhelmed with love and excitement – and after reading the letter she wrote to me before our wedding and then seeing her walk through the doors – it was surreal.” -Brett
” If I could relive one hour of the day, it would be the mass; watching Erika walking down the aisle with her Dad, exchanging vows with her, kissing her as we walked out, it was so memorable and started the celebration off In such a special way.” -Brett
“The ceremony/mass hands down the best part of our wedding day. Walking down the aisle with my dad towards Brett. I saw a huge smile on his face and couldn’t tell you anything else about walking down the aisle other than looking at him, the man I was about to marry. Our mass was a beautiful celebration that involved both of our families from the readings to the bridal party. Brett and I, with encouragement from our priest, had memorized our vows. We truly were focused on saying those words to each other and making that commitment to one another.”- Erika
“Our bridal party are some of the most important people in our lives. They have been role models and friends, providing advice and support throughout or lives, and during our engagement. They mean the world to us, and we were so honored to have them standing with us on our special day.” -Brett
“Being from Oregon I wanted to find the greenest place possible in the desert. A golf course it was! Ocotillo has a beautiful long drive up to the venue lined by grass and trees. Our cocktail hour was held out in a grassy area as well. The rest of the decor was a classy and simple white. I like the fresh, simple and classic wedding look it gives. A soft-romantic feel was created with florals and candles.” -Erika
” One tip I would give anyone getting married is to relax! Focus on the important part throughout the whole engagement and especially the day of- the marriage and who you are marrying. The details of the wedding will come together, it’s not something to worry about if little things go wrong here and there.” – Erika”
A few words about working with Jenn Wagner Studio from the Couple:
“Brett and I met with Jenn and Dusty back in the spring. We left our first meeting knowing these were the women we wanted to capture our special day for us. Something they said that day has stuck with us-
They said we will do so much planning up to the wedding day that when we get to that day they want us to have a peaceful day and to be able to serve us. Being Christians Brett and I feel called to serve others. To hear that Jenn and Dusty wanted to be able to do that for us on our wedding day really stuck with us.
Dusty and Kayla were incredible the entire day. When small things didn’t go as planned they were able to roll with our changes. At one point during family photos someone needed to hold a baby for a family member so Kayla jumped right in and held the baby while still pointing people in the right direction and taking pictures.
The joy they brought to our day was wonderful. At the end of the night not only had they captured all our special moments, we felt we had made two new friends.
The pictures we have seen already have been phenomenal and we can’t wait to see the rest! We absolutely will be recommending Jenn and her team to friends in the future!”
