Joyful Scottsdale Omni Montelucia Wedding

November 14, 2018

It was a gorgeous  weekend in Arizona when Jenn and Scott flew from Seattle to tie the knot in front of all their family and friends! Though they orignally met at the Cheescake factory 11 years ago, she is from Texas and he is from Seattle, but as soon as the saw the gorgeous  Omni Montelucia in Scottsdale, they knew it was the perfect place to gather for a day of celebrating and a night full of partying!

We love everything about their day, between their crazy fun bridal party, Jenn’s incredible Stella York Dress and a reception full of off the wall dancing, it was a wedding for the books!  Their first look that had us  wiping our eyes  up on the sidelines while they both burst into tears upon seeing each other for the first time! It was such an intimate and beautiful moment that I know was a favorite part of their wedding day that they will cherish forever, and so will we!

We were  honored to be a part of capturing their beautiful wedding and know this amazing day was only the very start to what will be a great marriage.  Jenn and Scott we are so happy for you both and wish you tons of love and luck throughout your entire life! – Shannon, Kayla and the Studio Girls

Thanks so much to these INCREDIBLE vendors for putting together such a flawless day! The design and execution came together perfectly and it was so great working with you all!

“The backdrop of Camelback alone sealed the deal for us! It’s absolutely breathtaking when you first see it, especially set in the beautiful Spanish style of the resort. Because of the natural beauty already present, I wanted to go with colors that would compliment the natural shade of Arizona sunsets without competing with the natural beauty already at play there.”-Jennifer

“My boys are my “boiz” (how we like to spell it). You want to spend time with your favorite people and on the most special day of my life I wanted to spend it with my closest boys. They lift me up and keep me grounded and I couldn’t imagine where I would be without them or what the day would have been like without them by my side.”-Scott

“It’s not 1 hour, but what I felt during the first look I would re-live again and again. I’m not an incredibly sentimental person, but I’ve never felt the emotions that I felt during the first look. It was anxiousness and anxiety that turned into pure joy and happiness. It was over-whelming, but now I get why people cry when they’re happy.”-Scott
“Take it one day at a time, make the big decisions early to give yourself some time to bask in that before digging into the details. Also remember that there will always be something that won’t go according to your plan and there’s so much beauty in the unexpected. And be sure to take time to soak it all in-it goes by fast so be sure to take mental pictures along the way! “-Jennifer

“My favorite time would be a mixture of the first look (a really special moment) and walking down the aisle with my Dad seeing Scott along with all of our family and friends!”-Jennifer

“I’ll never forget how nervous I was 5 minutes before the ceremony. I’ll never forget her walking down the aisle, and I’ll never forget our vows.”-Scott

“I loved how she spent so much time on her hair and makeup and had this beautiful wedding dress, but what I found most incredible is that she was still the same person. It was a fantastic reminder that her smile and the sound of her laughter is all I need.”-Scott

“The vows, officiating and the speeches really took the cake! They were all so funny, heartfelt and really true to us and our relationship.”-Jennifer
