Sparkly Brunch Wedding at the Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale

March is the perfect time to get married in Scottsdale! The weather is just the right amount of sunshine and cool breeze, and what better way to kick off a marriage than a Sunday brunch March wedding!? Kayla and I were up at the crack of dawn to meet Mandy while her and all her girls got primped and pampered with hair and makeup! Starting the morning at the Fairmont Princess was actually very peaceful as the rest of the world seemed to snoozed and we all wedding prepped! Mandy had the most beautiful wedding details, including personalized Mrs. Box, Jimmy Choo sparkly shoes, and of course the most stunning wedding dress! While she giggled with her mom and maid of honor slipping into her dress, Chayse buttoned up his cufflinks and put on his jacket at a private casita right down the way. They met for a sweet first look together and then we strolled the property together snapping a few bride and groom photos! Their wedding was adorable as they literally laughed together through the whole thing and their family and friends all joined in! They had the brilliant idea with their planners at Some Like it Classic, to do a brunch buffet complete with both breakfast and lunch entrees like eggs Benedict, chicken n’ waffles, coffee and pancakes with all the fixins, and then prime rib and no joke, endless sushi! That one definitely had the longest line! It was delicious and so fun to watch as Chayse and Mandy enjoyed the afternoon of toasts, good friends and a beautiful start to their life together!

We are so happy for you guys and had a blast capturing your perfect wedding day! We wish you both all the love and laughter as you begin your life as Mr. and Mrs.!

The chandeliers in the ballroom and the floors at Princess Falls totally sold me on the venue. At first, Chayse and I weren’t going to go the traditional engagement ring route and he instead bought me the Cartier trinity ring. I loved the symbolism behind the tri-gold ring with the different metals representing love, friendship, and fidelity. That ring was the inspiration for the design and the color palette. There were a lot of sentimental elements that I tried to incorporate. The gift card box was the same one my parents had at their wedding! I also chose a navy suit for my dad because my grandfather wore a navy suit at my parents wedding.”-Mandy dad first look with bride on wedding day

“The ceremony makes me laugh! Our officiant was Chayse’s grandmother and I think she was having some trouble keeping her emotions in check. So she talked very fast and forgot about Chayse’s part of the vows. It definitely made for a unique ceremony and something that will always make me smile.”-Mandy
