Intimate Downtown Tucson Wedding

November 2, 2017

I drove down curvy roads, with  gorgeous mountains to my left, and straight ahead until I came to Kaitlin’s grandfathers house  where she was getting ready with her mom and sister. Walking through the house, I could see so many remnants from the past. Special plates on the wall, antique paintings and my favorite; old photographs completely covering the fridge. I could spot Kaitlin and sisters, from years ago, in the old photos, with different haircuts but still with their sweet little smiles. The photographs served, not just as a step back in time, but as a reminder of the past memories made together. The good times, and I’m sure some tough times too. And here we were today, creating a whole new set of images, ones that will no doubt make it to grandpa’s fridge yet again. To remind them of this special day when they became husband and wife.
Kaitlin and KC chose to keep their wedding to just their immediate family, wanting to make it an affair with just those that are closest to them. It was quaint and intimate and perfectly them. I loved being able to capture their day and loved even more the gentle affection and smiles between them. Kaitlin and KC, you guys are just darling together! Thank you for letting me capture the beginning of your ever after!  Much love, Jenn

“The hour during the reveal. The first look was the most exciting. I remember trying so hard not to look over and catch a glimpse of her before she walked over to tap me on the shoulder. Seeing her for the first time I was almost speechless. All I could say was “wow”. “-KC bride in white dress with sunflower and succulent bouquet and groom in gray suit wedding portrait bride in white dress with sunflower and succulent bouquet and groom in gray suit wedding portrait bride in white dress with sunflower and succulent bouquet and groom in gray suit wedding portrait bride with her grandpa bride and groom with family portrait bride hugging her mother
